Level 4 Judges are capable of judging all levels of 4-H Shows, County Shows, Regional Shows, and National & International Shows.
Glen McNeilWestern District
Glen McNeil along with his wife Vanda, their son Curtis McNeil and his wife, Cathy own and operate Heather Holme Holsteins. Healther Holme Holsteins is a three-time Master Breeder herd located in Goderich, Ontario. When Glen is not busy on the farm, he is a Quality Seeds Sales Representative. Furthermore, Glen is extremely involved within his community as a Municipal Councilor and sits on the Board of Directors for the Alexandra and Marine General Hospital. In the past, he has been the Chair of the United Breeder Sire Committee and the Huron County Holstein Club along with being the Past President of Ontario Holsteins and Holstein Canada. Glen was awarded for his dedication to his community by receiving the Distinguished Achievement Award for the Western Ontario District in 1981. Glen has a deep passion for helping the youth in the dairy industry and you can often find him sharing his knowledge at many 4-H events. Glen also enjoys sports including baseball, hockey and standard bred harness racing. Furthermore, he has a passion for crops and was awarded the World Hay Champion title at the Royal Winter Fair in 1984. Glen has enjoyed an extensive judging career officiating local, provincial, national and international shows. He has judged many 4-H, county and regional shows throughout Ontario and Canada. Additionally, he has been the Official for the National Brown Swiss Show at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in 1984 and 2010 and the National Guernsey Show in 2013. Glen has also represented Holstein Canada as an International Judge in the United States, England, Northern Ireland, Spain, Switzerland, Uruguay, Brazil, Panama, Japan, Holland, Australia and New Zealand.
