Level 4 Judges are capable of judging all levels of 4-H Shows, County Shows, Regional Shows, and National & International Shows.
Neil KittleEastern District
Neil Kittle and his wife, Susan, live in Winchester, Ontario, where they milked cattle until dispersing their herd in the 1990’s. Neil remained active in the dairy industry, exporting large numbers of cattle throughout North America until the BSE crisis in 2003. Currently, Neil raises a small number of elite Holsteins and Ayrshires. He also purchases fresh Holsteins for breeders in Quebec, in addition to working as a Seed Crop Salesman in Eastern Ontario. He is no stranger to the show ring as he has bred and received numerous Ayrshire All-Canadian and All-American awards. In 1998, Neil was honoured to be the recipient of the Ayrshire Award of Merit. Throughout Neil’s judging career, he has judged many 4-H shows and championship shows throughout North America, including in Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and the United States. Neil is the youngest judge to judge the Ayrshire Show at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair. Some highlights of Neil’s judging career have been judging Holsteins and Ayrshires internationally in Finland and Columbia. He has been privileged to judge seven different dairy breeds. Neil continues to love judging and showing cattle, travelling and sports.
